Our first restaurant, an industry-defining concept, was opened in San Diego, CA in 1978. Today, our tradition
remains as fresh as ever! Currently we operate over 100 soup and salad buffet restaurants across the nation. Each
restaurant is company-owned, which ensures a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, service and
cleanliness. This philosophy, combined with the freshest ingredients and our made-from-scratch recipes, is the key to
our success.

No two meals are ever the same…
Three to four fresh-tossed salads and 55-plus ingredients along our salad bar are offered
daily. Fresh tossed salads are served exhibition-style, tossed fresh every 20 minutes.
Five to six scratch-made deli salads are featured daily including pasta salads, slaws, potato
salads, and vegetable salads.
An assortment of fresh, made-from-scratch sweet and savory
muffins, cornbread and pizza focaccia breads are baked fresh throughout the day.
Eight soups are featured daily from more than 100 varieties of fresh, made-from-scratch recipes.
We also feature three hot pastas and/or steamed vegetables, all prepared exhibition-style.
